Job Description

About Snapp: Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. Responsibilities: ● Develop critical thinking with a scientific temper. ● Enhance research culture and uphold scientific integrity and objectivity. ● Engage in continuous reflective learning in the context of technological and scientific advancements. ● Sourcing missing data. ● Develop abstract thinking, problem analysis, and design ability mindset as well as professional ethics.

Requirements

● Strong mathematical and numeracy skills. ● Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL servers. ● Expertise in reinforcement learning and/or deep learning. ● Depth and breadth in knowledge. ● Excellent machine learning, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skill. ● Excellence in technical communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. ● Knowledge of fundamental concepts in machine learning (ML)/deep learning for real-world problems. ● Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., Python or SQL), statistical/mathematical software (e.g., Matlab), and General Algebraic Modeling Language (GAMS) to formulate complex optimization problems. ● Superior data mining and big data analysis skills.
