Job Description

About Snapp:

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice for every user in Iran.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ad-hoc reports and apply ad-hoc changes in dashboards.
Choose the proper metrics for tracking and understanding current and future experiments.
Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance.
Provide data analysis needed for operations decision-making.
Translate analysis results into business recommendations.
Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis and analytical tools like Python, SQL, Excel, and PowerBI.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
7/24 availability to handle any urgent issues or requests that may arise.
Excellent understanding of data analysis techniques and having excellent scripting and programming skills in Python.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience is preferable.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL.
Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Microsoft BI tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Farsi and English).
Positive and proactive, can-and-will-do, team player attitude.
