Job Description
-Developing Policies, evaluating, ranking company customers -Developing customer behavior standards by ranking and classifying them -Measuring and analyzing customer satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty -Managing customer experience data and utilizing its results to design customer retention and loyalty programs -Providing technical services to customers and related departments before, during and after sales -Managing performance of current customers of the company and providing reports and analysis for other related units -Managing customer relationships
Requirements
BSC/MS of commercial management, marketing management, agricultural science, animal science or poultry and livestock nutrition -7 years in related areas -Proficient in CRM & B2B marketing -Ability in evaluating, analysis & investigating customer’s satisfaction index -Experienced in market segmentation, customer evaluation and ranking -Ability in pre, and post sales services management -Experienced in leadership & organizing of service network and proficiency in after-sales services -Ability in budgeting & implementing financial controls, proficiency in leadership techniques & staff management -Familiarity with commodity (primary agricultural) goods business, poultry, livestock & aquatic feed, agriculture, food converting industries is an advantage -Ideal Age: 32 - 45 -Fluent in English
