Objective: Sales back-up support Main responsibilities : Customer service tasks as: order processing and follow-up, customer support inside, handling of customer requests and complaints; follow-up receivables; inside technical support; interface between sales executives and customer; telephone selling. Reporting to : Sales Managers, Project Manager Duration : One year contract , could be extend every year Desired start date : April 09 Probation : 3 months Working hours : Saturday -Thursday 8.30 h - 16.30h; Thurs.12.30h Travel requirements : No

University qualifications : University degree, Bachelor Previous experience : Sales or Marketing experiences Specialist knowledge : Clerk or Sales Other Skills : • Strong customer orientation • Strong team spirit • Process orientation • Sales skills Ideal Age Range : Min. 25 max.30 years Gender Preference : Male or female Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills : good English Current Residence : Iran
