Job Description

-Controlling Home appliances and Audio Visual Products service provider system and service network activities, KPIs & technical Skill -Analyzing service data to determine the level of customer satisfaction -Leading and motivating service network team to ensure they are giving the best customer service and to achieve Samsung target by implementing incentive / penalty Scheme -Handling complaints and queries escalated to head office (from customers and service networks) -Training and development management of service operation in service network and distributor’s staff -Analyzing and resolving operational issues which have been raised by service providers or service network -Conducting service marketing activities management of uniform, signage, decoration, service vehicle -Managing Events such as free service campaigns, tools support and other event based on activities to boost Samsung service image in Iran -Creating reports and presentations as per management requirement

Requirements

-BS or higher degree in engineering fields including Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering -5 years of experience in the similar environment (customer service) preferably in CE sector -Strong reporting and presentation skills -Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint -Fluency in English -Ideal Age Range: 33 - 36
