Job Description
As a customer service expert at sales department, you will be required to:
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly basis reports for sales manager.
- Following up with the clients to check their sales situation, demands, suggestions and complaints.
- Receiving customer orders and tracking the status of orders and issuing quotation/Proforma invoice and invoice according to payment terms.
- Understand customers’ needs and present to sales manager for evaluation.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
- Control the stock level and delivery of the products to clients on time.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Responsible to accomplish all other tasks which is needed to be done.
- Reporting to Sales Manager
