Job Description

-Sales department call receiving -Provides service information about availability of product to customer -Receive of all order request from customers and record of them -Send all orders of customer to line managers and follow it up -Send all Quotation to customers and receiving the Quotation approval from them -After receiving payment by cash or check, issuing good release after costumer service supervisor approval -Coordinating the delivering goods to customers with warehouse -Issuing Invoice and sending to customer -Issue the representative letter for getting the checks from other companies -Follow up the customer complain recording, reporting to line manager. -Coordinating with factory for customer visiting -Assist the sales managers for all secretarial jobs -Render such other service and duties as may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the management

Requirements

-At least writing and reading good, speaking and listening moderate -Working experience as customer service or secretary in sales at least 2 years -University degree is preferable -Skilled in MS office specially in Excel & PowerPoint -Gender Preference: Male / Female
