
Job Description
*Mission:
-Work on huge data to find patterns of customers’ behavior and interests.
-Collect, evaluate, and prepare complex analytical reports about business, products, and promotions performance.
-Provide recommendations on related products and services per subscriber’s behaviors.
-Detect reliable data sources and ensure data accuracy.
-Deliver automated and systematic data engines which facilitate and increase transparency of the process.
-Monitor and design data flows from internal and external Storage Systems sources.
*Roles & Responsibilities:
-Monitor flows of data by developing any type of control process.
-Interface with the business to get their data requirements and communicate it with EDW to run the campaigns and monitor the campaign’s performance on market driving.
-Check reports daily for detecting system/application failure and raise the issue to related teams.
-Work with different tools and new technologies like reporting tools and different Big data tools.
-Check trends of reports based on expectations and raise issues to related reporting teams.
-Develop report specifications to obtain analytical data from various data sources for multiple reports.
-Propose enhancement for data collection tools; utilize methods for evaluating and quality control of actual data.
-Select the proper software and platform to develop data engines per case depending on the complexity of analysis and volume of data.
- Analyze, interpret, and summarize provided data for generating of statistical and analytical reports and provide intelligence that supports decision-making.
-Support the product development team to run promotions by providing relative reports.
-Check provided reports by EDW by making different queries on source data.
-Cooperate and closely work with the Finance international reporting team/ Marketing business planning to provide monthly reports.
-Segment customers according to their usage patterns and plan for intelligent offers/promotions for each segment.
-Provide historical trends of marketing business KPIs and investigate the root cause of ups and downs.
*Education:
-B.Sc. in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related
-Degree in Engineering (computer software or IT majors) is a plus
*Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
-Experience working in a medium organization
-Two years’ experience in data analysis, problem solving and reporting
-Experience in telecommunications industry is desirable.
