Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Conversion Optimization Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel and You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, and be in close relation with the product team. You will have extensive knowledge on CRO optimizations and Growth marketing definitions.

Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
  • A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs.
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path.
  • Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths.
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
  • Increase funnel marketing efficiencies.
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user.
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Data Studio).
  • Proficient using smart CTAs and smart form features to optimize for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Experience in market analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, or similar field is a plus.
