KARMANIA automotive manufacturer Co. Is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist. This position is directly responsible for meeting the needs of our many clients. Overseeing direct communications with customers, Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value through CRM solutions, Communicate CRM results to key stakeholders, Collaborate with various internal and external teams to deploy CRM strategies, Manage and maintain multiple related databases about products and customers, Pulling data for reporting, analyzing, and ad-hoc requests, Provide key insights and data summaries. This position reports to the CRM Manager.

Requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Management or any related fields. • Prior CRM experience is required (at least 3 years)- (related experiences in automotive industries is preferred). • Call Center experience in a car dealership is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly strong experience with Excel. • Knowledge of administrative procedures. • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. • Must be a team player. • Interpersonal skill will be assessed • Familiar with ISO standards in customer satisfaction fields.
