Job Description
• Data collection and preparing statistical tables, charts and diagrams on periodic or occasional basis; • Handling customer complaints and requests; • Handling, managing, following and reporting after-sales-services requests; • Working closely with the Brand Managers for any of promotional plans for customers; • Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand and communicating them to the brand managers; • Finding out customers’ demands, complaint and preferences regarding retail operation; • Measure and assess customers’ satisfaction; • Acquiring a thorough understanding of the Iranian market.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Management or related fields; • Familiarity with CRM basics and practices; • Familiarity with CRM software; • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, retail or customer service; • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and accounting software (particularly Excel & PowerPoint); • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; • Well organized and having good time management skills; • Gender: Female • Location: Tehran.
