This role requires an experienced professional to manage and analyze financial data to support efficient production and cost management in our Tehran location. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate production costs and cost structures to support pricing strategies and profitability.
- Develop and maintain cost allocation processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and transparency.
- Collaborate with production teams to gather and assess cost data, enabling informed decision-making.
- Implement and monitor cost controls to optimize expenditures and improve budget adherence.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, financial statements, and budget summaries for management review.
- Utilize SAP systems to enhance data accuracy and streamline accounting processes.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes to align with strategic goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
- Proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
