Job Description
-This position is needed in Pourapakhsh company (distributor of Pourateb Co.) - Responsible for planning and supervising activities in sales and implementation of measures to achieve business goals -Target allocation in agencies - Ensuring the performance of regional sales development and ensuring the implementation of regional sales programs - Define sales strategy based on market needs - Search for prospects and start negotiations to increase sales - Develop motivation management and team playing - Supervising the administrative activities of the branch - Planning sales activities - Preparing monthly and annual plans and reports - Implement vision goals
Requirements
- 3 years as a regional manager - Having a bachelor's or master's degree in management or related subjects - Having no restrictions to travel and being mobile - Being ready for extra hard work - Having a strategic and problem-solving mind - Understanding business and industry innovation in a changing environment - Selling skills - Efficiency of MS Office applications - People with work experience in Cosmetics distribution have priority
