Providing effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies, selecting and overseeing the work of outside counsel, drafting and editing complex commercial agreements, ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and helping prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other court documents.
Advising the human resources department on employment law and labor and benefit issues, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, such as joint venture agreements, government contracts and sales contracts, and providing litigation support.
Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. contract law, Regulatory affairs, tax law, labor law, etc.)
Draft and administer all contracts administration
Develop company policy and position on legal issues
Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Represent company in legal proceedings (court trials, etc.).
Review new business relationships with vendors, partners and representatives
Coordination and cooperation to outside lawyers to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services
B.S. degree or above in trade law or related fields
High command in written English and good command in spoken English
Excellent negotiation and communications skills
Ability to sense and recognize corporate legal and compliance risks and manage those risks
Good knowledge and understanding of holding companies requirements -Administrative and managerial skills
Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
Computer skills -Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed
Having at least 3 years of experience in mobile network operators
