Job Description
• Responsible for the development, review, and maintenance of the Contracts Management Plan. • Liaising with the Client and company • Analyze and model contract terms and reviews with key internal stakeholders. • Procure required internal reviews and approvals for contract terms and provisions. • Gather maximum return on investment and customer satisfaction from contract responsibilities. • Enter contract data and information into relevant systems. • Attend complex enquiries on contract obligations and revisions. • Determine risk and issues and recommend alternatives leading to best solution. • Distribute information on contract status, compliance and modifications. • Resolve contract discrepancies with customer, Sales and Sales representatives. • Input order and special contract requirements in related system. • Develop contract review records and get necessary approvals. • Manage required contract documentation. • Negotiate contract types, overhead rates, life-cycle, payments and incentive formula. • Offer expertise and guidance to contract staff and program managers on contractual issues. • Offer guidance on contractual matters and company policy administration. • Interpret contract request and get contract template to develop executable document. • Resolve problems associated with contract ambiguities and obsolete provisions with legal staff
Requirements
• At least 7 years experience as a Contracts Manager. • Excellent team-working skills. • Able to work at all levels with clients and management. • Strong influencing and relationship building skills. • Sufficient knowledge in e-commerce. • Analytical: The individual synthesizes complex or diverse information.
