Job Description
-Supervise over the preparation of contracts, expurgation of the organizations rules and regulations and drafting documents that contain commitments.
-Provide the legal advice and consultation on contracts to senior managers and the relevant departments.
-Ability to read, understand, interpret and analysis contractual concepts.
-Assisting legal and contracts department in preparing, drafting and editing letters, correspondences and commercial texts both in English and Farsi.
-Present in internal and external meetings for contractual matters.
Handling paperwork and keeping soft and hard copies record of contracts related documents.
-Communicating contracts related matters with company’s clients.
-Assisting legal and contracts dept. in drafting and preparing supplier contracts.
-Processes, reviews and coordinates contracts, amendments and exhibits.
-Drafts contracts, amendments or exhibits by applying the established terms and conditions as negotiated by Procurement.
-Interacts and provides ad-hoc supports to internal departments and external suppliers and clients and ensures all appropriate actions are taken and/or communicated to the appropriate personnel accurately and timely.
-Supervise the bids and proposals and ensure that the specifications of binding agreements with tenders, customers, vendors and so on, are legal and comply with the company policies
