-Material and Content development (both in English and Farsi).
-Develop a framework for testing and evaluation of training program.
-Perform TNA.
-Develop and design training and staff development programs.
-Design the outline and training manual.
-Be familiar with sales techniques and retail companies.
-Acquire multimedia aids and educational materials.
-Provide support to Learners in order to assist them in achieving their qualification.
-Follow up on training needs based on performance appraisals.
-Seek new and relevant training tools.
Requirements
-English and Farsi Proficiency
-BA / MA degree in Teaching, English / Farsi language, HR, Business or any related field
-2 to 3 years of related work experience.
-Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
-M.S Office literate.
