Job Description

We need a on-site project manager for one of most exclusive apartment buildings in Mazandaran. * You will need previous experience in delivering building projects within the luxury sector. * As a site manager you will be responsible for tracking daily activities on site by maintaining records systems, Updating all H&S documentation, ensuring all site documents are up to date and ensuring all labor and material usage is recorded and reported. * Supervise and control contractors and on site workers in doing their job right according to plan. * You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering quality structures and finishes on time and within budget. * Eliminate waste and avoidance of non-recoverable costs and preliminaries losses. * You must be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the construction industry and you will be expected to liaise with contractors, conduct inductions, adhere to H&S, deal with any site deliveries etc. * Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings.
