Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager you will directly report to the Technical and Executive Deputy and you should - Supervise , coordinating towards successful completion of your project in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies/procedures, contract, time and cost specifications; - Establishing the organization chart to ensure the proper functioning of his supports in the various sections; - Correcting malfunctions where required, motivate staff; - Coordinating activities on the project between different trades and departments; - Validating contractual options, whether technical, financial or time-related; - Validating legal matters, with the agreement of Six Construct legal department; - Taking care of the contractual and financial follow-up and budget control; - Approving all engagements of the project; - Concluding supply and sub-contracts after preparatory work of his supports (inclusive pre-contract quality and performance audits); - Engaging yourself in social contacts and public relations to the benefit of the Company; - Coordinating all third parties, negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout all stages in the development of the project life cycle, participate and handle tenders and contracts; - Implementing project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, technical reviews, manage team allocation, mobilize qualified personnel and specified tasks and prepare monthly progress reports.
