Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager you will directly report to the Technical and Executive Deputy and you should - Supervise , coordinating towards successful completion of your project in accordance with client requirements, organizational policies/procedures, contract, time and cost specifications; - Establishing the organization chart to ensure the proper functioning of his supports in the various sections; - Correcting malfunctions where required, motivate staff; - Coordinating activities on the project between different trades and departments; - Validating contractual options, whether technical, financial or time-related; - Validating legal matters, with the agreement of Six Construct legal department; - Taking care of the contractual and financial follow-up and budget control; - Approving all engagements of the project; - Concluding supply and sub-contracts after preparatory work of his supports (inclusive pre-contract quality and performance audits); - Engaging yourself in social contacts and public relations to the benefit of the Company; - Coordinating all third parties, negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout all stages in the development of the project life cycle, participate and handle tenders and contracts; - Implementing project budgets and resources, enforce project standards, technical reviews, manage team allocation, mobilize qualified personnel and specified tasks and prepare monthly progress reports. Your competencies: - You possess in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge to deal with situations in a background of conceptual understanding - You are an experienced people and team manager. You seek consensus and are a good listener - You have an advanced understanding of contract management - You have a deep knowledge of technical complex domains and have a very good knowledge of site organization - You have the ability to assess issues rapidly, develop alternative solutions, implement pragmatic strategies - You are an excellent communicator both to internal and external parties - You are able to negotiate at high level and in complex environments - You are professional, entrepreneurial and result-oriented - You have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability - You are commercially gifted

Requirements

- Graduate from Top5 public universities (Sharif, Tehran, Amirkabir, Elm-o-sanat, Tarbiat Modares) in Civil Engineering, Preferably Construction Engineering & Management - Minimum 15 years' experience in a Project Manager role (Ideal Age 35-55) - Only Male candidates will be considered - Experience in managing EPC projects, road construction, and water-related project is must - Proven track record in successful leadership of projects (in excess of $25million) is a pre-requisite - Technical knowledge of multiple aspects of project delivery including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, construction, project controls and contract management - Effective communicator with client, executive management, project team, and venders
