Job Description

• Flawless Execution of Annual C&B Processes - Support in the Market's implementation of the annual processes (Budget Request, Review of ABS, Reference Salary, STB, LTI) • Assisting in conducting a bench marking study and Design of Competitive Pay Structures - Support with the coordination of job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust bench marking process and reliable data. • Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans, and ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive. • Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends. • Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses • Keeping abreast with new trend and best practice in the field • Determining position classifications. • Preparing and updating salary scales. • Making recommendations to managers regarding job descriptions, salaries, and classifications. • Strategic KPIs- Preparing reports for the Strategic KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Business to use in problem solving and decision-making. • Job Analysis and Job Evaluation - Effectively apply the Job Evaluation Methodology of the Group - follow the group process for HR governance model. • Internal Control - Ensure full internal controls in the remuneration area. • Total Rewards Cost Management - Support Market in Effectively tracking the costs of Total Rewards per employee. • ERP Database - Upload and maintain an up-to-date employee database on ERP for compensation info types. • Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. • Conducting periodic audits, prepare and present reports. • Assessing employees needs by conducting organizational surveys. • Applying effective communication strategy.

Requirements

• BA in Statistics, applied mathematics, Industrial engineering, accounting or similar relevant field • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 2 years • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices • Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research • Good understanding of full cycle hiring process • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations • Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Local employment law & labor regulations • Experience in Employee Cost Management / budgeting • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel Professional Certification desired • WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) • International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) • Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) • Group Benefits Associate (GBA) • Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) • Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) • SHRM-CP (certified professional) • HR Certification Institute (HRCI) • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) • Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
