Job Description

- Perform and coordinate all commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package for pharmaceutical raw materials. - Internal sourcing for packing requirements and medicinal containers - Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers - Purchase order preparation and placing order to supplier - Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other issues. - Effective and efficient communication with suppliers to ensure smooth handling of the jobs. - Following up the goods delivery to warehouse and payment process. - Documentation of the ordering process based on company requirements - Interaction with planning and warehouse team to ensure proper stock level and smooth production - Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments when needed - Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts. - Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
