Job Description
● Responsible for commercial affairs, logistics, warehousing, and customer service activities in a cost-effective manner, supporting the supply chain.
● Facilitate the import processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments, import documents, customs declarations, and goods movement from the warehouse.
● Plan and do procurement negotiation and develop the network with suppliers and tracking contracts and following it up to receiving the cargo totally.
● Arrange all shipments and contacts with shipping and transport companies for booking, shipping, documentation, and updates.
● Maintain required record keeping for all operations activities.
● Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
