Job Description
- Identification of major suppliers (domestic - foreign)
- Product expertise for grading and pricing
- Concluding a purchase agreement and conducting financial transactions with the help of the financial unit
- Ordering foreign purchases
- Identification of micro (domestic) suppliers
- Carrying out purchase and supply negotiations and purchasing administrative affairs
- Assess the accuracy of suppliers and products
- Pursue the purchase and procurement of goods from organizations and receive instructions from government and regulatory units
- Tracking the clearance of purchased goods and delivery of goods to the warehouse (with traceability)
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the relevant units
