Coordinate and handle all international commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs, and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports, etc.
Research and identify prospective suppliers
Evaluate products and suppliers according to key business criteria
Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns
Create and develop cooperative, strong, and sustainable relationships with suppliers to reduce costs and increase flexibility against market changes.
Prepare, handle, and archive all necessary documentation from proforma Invoices to shipping documents
Follow up on currency allocation and settlement of banking and customs obligations.
Stay up to date on current laws, and regulations and anticipate changes as needed in business areas (such as import, export, and customs matters) and INCOTERMS.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in this field.
Familiar with the latest INCOTERMS and import ،export laws and regulations
Familiar with opening LC and other bank official procedures.
Proficiency in NTSW and EPL.
Expert in all affairs of commercial including, order processes, payment documentation, commercial registration, transportation, and related arrangements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems
Well-versed in spoken and written English, with good experience in writing matured content.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
