Job Description

  • Analyze current and potential markets (national and international).
  • Manage the value and cost management of complex work packages.
  • Manage communications between clients and stakeholders to meet project supply and delivery targets.
  • Deliver profitability on assigned work packages and work with others to ensure the delivery of commercial targets across the project.
  • Manage risk and change in assigned work packages.
  • Provide commercial advice and support.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with commercial agreements.
  • Work to build constructive relationships with clients and suppliers alike to create long-term productive relationships.
  • Recognize and filter opportunities for optimizing new business development.
  • Establish systems and processes to create a framework fit for the purpose of a new and expanding business.


 

Requirements

 

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an MBA/DBA graduate. 
  • 10 or more years of experience in commercial and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of market research.
  • Familiarity with export rules and regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of apartment furnishing and decorations.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and pull off deals.
  • Construction industry project knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Financially and commercially astute.
  • Self-starter.
  • Highly motivated and problem solver.
