• Following up on emails with international suppliers and other activities involved in purchasing materials, products and services. • Purchasing orders, based on company purchase policies. • Tracking the status of requisitions, contracts and orders • Control and follow up commercial activities • File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports, • Prepare letters, reports and other documents, • Maintain schedules and event calendars,

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. • Familiar with computer and good command of Microsoft Office • English language familiarity with command in reading and writing skills • Excellent public relations and patience • Have Perseverance and interested in commerce • To perform foreign purchase process, preferably with background in imports • At least 3 years' experience in commercial field. • Current residence: Tehran • Ideal age range: over 25 years old • Gender Preference: Female.
