Job Description

GfK Iran Client Services Executive is responsible for leading the development and implementation of program services to GfK Iran clients. He/ she will ensure that all details concerning the flow of services are maintained on an ongoing basis to meet the expectations of GfK clients. Within this role, the CSE shall be responsible to completely understand the customers' expectations, must identify the requirements of GfK to meet those expectations and must report to GfK management on a regular basis regarding the needs associated with and the status of each client project. The Client Services Executive is composed of highly qualified and trained professionals servicing all clients of GfK Iran. This person is dedicated to providing support to GfK Iran clients on all aspects of account administration and client support. The Executive's mission is to provide a WOW experience to clients by providing the highest quality level of service. Responsibilities: • Handle all correspondence between GfK Iran and its clients. • Be responsible for GfK client satisfaction and client relationship maintenance. • Proactively communicate with GfK clients on issues and offer solutions to issues. • Respond to clients' e-mails and voicemails promptly. • Prepare all client paperwork for account establishment and maintenance. • Perform all account research if necessary. • Periodically update client information. • Prepare all paperwork and reports required for client meetings. • Assist with all compliance related duties and maintain the company compliance procedure (files and logs etc.). • Continually evaluate day to day activities for process improvement. • Train, develop and evaluate new team members. • Manage all assigned projects. • Provide regular visits and audits to the market. • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the management.

Requirements

Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry. • Min 3-4 years of experience in the related field (preferably in home appliance and/ or consumer electronics category/ or FMCG). • Must be able to locate in Tehran. • Customer oriented attitude with high organizational skills. • Fluency in English communication skills. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills a must. • Must be detail oriented. • Must be able to work independently and be a team player. • Time management skills required. • Multi tasking skills required. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Good communication with dealers and distributors. • Good knowledge of the home appliance/ consumer electronics and retail market. • Have a strong network in the home appliance/ consumer technology/ FMCG.
