About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology strategy and software development for our client, a leading organization in ERP solutions. The CTO will define the technical vision, drive innovation, oversee product architecture, and lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable and secure platforms.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines deep technical expertise in modern software engineering with proven leadership skill, ensuring all technical decisions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Lead architectural design and development of scalable, secure ERP solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Product Development & Quality

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment.
Review new product versions, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and inspire engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Drive talent development, performance management, and succession planning.

Process & Agility

Champion Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum) to enhance productivity.
Continuously improve development processes, tools, and workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and executives to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Engage with clients and partners to gather feedback and ensure exceptional value delivery.

Technical Excellence

Promote industry-standard practices, including design patterns and code reusability.
Stay current with trends in ERP, cloud, and enterprise software.
Drive security and data protection across all products.

What You Bring

Proven senior leadership experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or Head of Engineering.
At least 4 years of software project management experience with a strong track record.
Deep expertise in modern software engineering, including object-oriented programming, database technologies, and design patterns.
Solid understanding of software architecture, code optimization, and system integration.
Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and proven skill in leading teams in Agile environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships across all levels.
Proven skill in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating across multiple projects and teams.
Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts is a plus.
