Job Description
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leads the technical team through the development of new versions of the software as well as supporting existing users. The CTO works closely with CEO and other top managers to help organization make better decisions. Main Responsibilities: - Collaborating with product manager, marketing and customers in defining product requirements, breaking product into product backlog items, and planning sprints - Leading the development team through sprints, coordinating developers and teams, keeping them energetic and focused on the goals, and facilitating their good job. - Delivering beautiful products and versions that keep customers happy - Supporting the existing user, leading Incident and Problem Management - Designing long-living software architectures that work for years without major changes - Taking part in organization strategic decision making as a top management partner - Communicating the situations to CEO and other key decision makers in and out of organization - Building, organizing, staffing and motivating teams that make great place for best people to live and work
Requirements
Skills: - Experienced in .Net Core 2.0 and technologies - Experienced in SQL database design and development - Experienced in Entity framework core - Experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum, ...) - Experienced in software architecture (Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns and its famous samples, MVC Core) - Experienced in Application Life-cycle Management (ALM) Character: - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines - Independent personality and result-oriented mindset - Highly motivated - Excellent learning potential Experience: - Min 5 years (3 years development + 2 year management) - Well-experienced in planning Sprints and monitoring progress (as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, Engineering Program Manager, ...)
