@Asanbar, We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. We are currently experiencing a lot of growth and are in a critical phase where we are looking to expand and develop technology that adds to the experience of our startup in the form of a mobile and web app. Job Description - Control all technical processes and teams related to the architecture, design, security, and development of Asanbar’s products - Guide and coach engineers to build innovative software through coaching, code reviews, and occasional hands-on development - Create and sustain the engineering processes and culture best suited to Asanbar’s business goals - Collaborate with the product team to create a shared vision around the product road map and clear expectations of engineering's contribution - Set the talent strategy, recruit and train a team of engineers and lead them perfectly Study & check emerging technologies that could bring competitive advantage to the company or clear value to customers Main Responsibility - Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships - Represent the technological agenda in team meetings and when making hiring decisions - Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs - Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations - Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets - Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence - Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans - Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics - Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture - Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape - Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity - Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements - Deep toolbox of Agile and devops practices, understanding how to tailor them to fit specific needs and not follow them as religion - Ability to build a culture of excellence and personal accountability - Strong written and oral communicator, skilled at expressing yourself to people
