Job Description:

Develop market share.
Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team.
Plan and set strategy to achieve targets
Manage daily sales operations and reports.
Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast.
Meet quarterly and annual business targets.
Compile and analyze sales and marketing figures.
Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance.
Monitor operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement to develop the market size.
Draw data from multiple sources, understand and draw insights out, and build a strategy.

Requirements

At least 5 years of managerial experience; at least 3 years of experience in online sales and e-commerce.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Thorough knowledge and experience in marketing, digital marketing, and sales.
Marketing data analytics and tools.
Sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
