Requirements
Responsibilities: - Reporting to the CEO, the COO will lead all internal operations - Drive our daily operations and workflows, implement tools and processes to increase the efficiency of a team with more than 25 people - Deliver agreed performance within budget. Performance includes P&L, market share, and customer satisfaction targets - Manage and direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals - Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth and daily operations - Oversee contract negotiation and legal activities, client contracts, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents - Manage individual performance by establishing annual operating objectives for each employee with quarterly reviews. Also establish annual development plan for each employee and provide ongoing coaching - Interface with Product Engineering and IT Operations to ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve goals - Perform on other job-related duties Requirements: - Graduated from a top-tier University. MBA or Master a plus - 3+ years’ experience with progressive general management responsibilities at a high-paced, rapid growth environment, ideally from technology product industry - Successful creation and management of sales program through a distribution network - Proven P&L management track record - Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners - Managing multiple projects in a manner that focuses the team and drives results - Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. - Adept at managing a team both technically and socially - Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of our company - Data-driven, decisive and detail-oriented personality Personality & Skills: - Candidate should be a highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented person - Furthermore, he/she should be able to motivate key people in the company - Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit, who takes ownership and initiatives with a results-driven, can-do mind-set - Strong attention to details, and passion for seamless processes - Strong focus on data in decision making - Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment - Ability to appreciate and adapt to foreign cultures - Ability to work and connect different stakeholders, from senior management, to suppliers, to external consultants - Trustworthy and reliable team player with integrity/honesty - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization - Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses - Walks the talk, flexible and adaptable, not driven by ego, gets things done
