Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to implement ihome’s marketing strategy. As well as a strategical and tactical thinker, you will need to love rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in to campaign creation and execution. Flexibility will be key also because in startups, everyone wears a lot of hats. The good news is that you will be a big cog in a small wheel. The ideal candidate will be a marketing genius that thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The purpose of the role is to: - Digital marketing - creation and optimization of digital activity across all major channels including online advertising, content, social media, SEO, PPC and email marketing - Storytelling, brand, and packaging - helping with offline advertising, branding, and packaging design - User focus - know our ‘ihomes’ inside and out. Deeply understand their habits and preferences. Use these insights to improve ihome. - Analysis, Reporting & Optimization - oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA and ROI of all activity to ensure maximize effectiveness - Consistent brand messaging - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communications - Hands on - to be hands-on role with day-to-day campaign conception, creation, execution and communication of performance - Result driven - achieving the revenue, customer value and engagement targets - Partnerships - develop and manage strategic partner relationships - Play booking - Document everything. So we can roll out marketing campaigns in other countries effectively - Team builder - build the marketing team and select and manage all relevant marketing agencies
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years post degree experience in marketing with at least 2+ in a management position - A proven track record of achieving high growth - Knowledge of SEO/SEM/online media, analytics, web technology, mobile campaigns, community and the concepts of creative and brand strategy - Experience in building and implementing marketing campaigns - Are self-sufficient and fully competent - Passion for real estate industry - Have second to none communication skills and attention to detail - Be a team player - Experience in startups is desirable - Ability to get things done - Position: CMO - Reports to: CEO - Location: Alborz, Karaj - Pay: Excellent, depends on experience - Perm/temp: Permanent
