*Planning and overseeing the Holding's financial, economic, and investment activities.
*Supervising budgeting, liquidity management, financial reporting, and cost control at the subsidiary companies
*Developing and implementing financing and investment strategies.
*Conducting financial and economic analysis of projects and providing strategic recommendations.
*Managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
*Maintaining effective relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and relevant institutions.
*Providing analytical reports and strategic insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Education & Experience:
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
*Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in senior financial and economic management positions.
*Strong knowledge of tax, accounting, financial, investment, and regulatory frameworks.
