Job Description
Objective: Overall Responsibility of accounting and financial affairs Main responsibilities: • Supervision on bookkeeping activities and confirmation of accounting records • Presentation of financial reports and balance sheet to senior manager (at least once in a month) • Maintenance of financial documents in the relevant department. • Checking the financial affairs of current contracts. • Provision of data and Statistics requested by governmental organizations. • Receiving revolving fund reports from revolving funds officers. • Carrying out the operation of payment and receiving such as cash, security documents, revolving fund, prepayments, charges, salary, approved rewards, loan and other relevant affairs. • Controlling the account balance of debtors and creditors and doing the required follow-up actions to collect receivables and delayed commitments. • Issuing all the documents related to bank accounts.(issued checks, withdrawal and deposit declaration and bank deposit interest and so forth) • Calculation of Tax, staff insurance and salary and arranging for these payments at the end of each month an in a legislative deadline. • Obtaining any certificate of clearance for tax and insurance accounts from relevant organizations. • Presenting tax declaration documents to the department of tax. • Recording staff leave and declaration of remaining leave to them and the related manager. • Monthly preparation of staff's salaries list. • Visiting all governmental organizations and legal authorities including labor department, social security organizations, finance department and other relevant departments if needed. • Providing quarterly report of organization expenses in comparison with budget approved by the board of directors. • Calculation of projects finished price and presenting the results to managing director • Measurement and evaluation of assigned KPIs Reporting to: Managing director Subordinates: Secretary, Collector Number required: 1 Duration: permanent position Desired start date: September 2016 Working hours: Sat-Wed 8:30- 17:00, Thu: 8:30-12:30
Requirements
• University qualifications: BS in management or accounting • Other certifications: Relevant trainings e.g. Labor and social security law and regulations, Tax regulations and Monetary and banking regulations • Previous experience: 5 years of relevant experience • Specialist knowledge: Ability to prepare financial and accounting documents and tax declarations as well as presenting reports and analyzing financial indices. • Good command of Microsoft Excel • Ideal Age Range: higher than 35 • Gender Preference: Female • Language Skills: Good command of English (Moderate Level) • Current Residence: Tehran Only
