We are a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Channel Coordinator who is responsible for:
● Manage the marketing materials production and provide full support for a variety of marketing materials.
● Collaborate closely with the BU team to maximize the efficiency of marketing material productions and ensure all of them can achieve the qualification standards and principles.
● Support the marketing team with planning, allocating, and distributing marketing materials and ensure all productions will be on time and available before product/promotion launch.
● Actively participate in design/re-design in-store guidelines in collaboration with the brand team.
● Plan and manage the process of store execution according to the channel action plan.
● Manage décor agencies and vendor relationships to complete deliverables with allotted timelines according to GP and bidding protocols.
Requirements
● Relevant work experience, at least 3 years.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Communications, or similar relevant fields.
● Fluent in English. Other language skills are an advantage.
● Partnerships with Content marketing, Product Marketing, agencies, and related departments.
● Team-oriented, organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, aptitude in presentation, problem-solving oriented, motivational leader.
