Job Description

• Daily planning of sales team routes • Prepare potential customer database and lead management plan • Plan weekly tasks and report accordingly for her/his targets • Giving weekly analyst of his/her team work and finding solution to improve • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products • Analyze sales statistics • Implement Sales plans and coordinate sales within sales targets and predefined activities • Regular visit of accounts and their markets along with proposing solutions proactively to enable them to achieve their targets • Supervising the day-to-day operations of sales to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business-related fields • 3-4 years relevant experience in FMCG-Food Industries • Good leadership, coaching and team working skills with the ability to manage conflict and develop staff • High ability of sales budgeting • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Effective time-management & scheduling skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously • Strong negotiation/ presentation Skills • Ability to present the products and develop new ideas to increase market share -Gender Preference: Male & Female • Solid understanding of the chain store environment and FMCG industry • Design and analyze promotion schemes and able to provide activity information • Familiar with sales metrics and KPIs • Good command of computer and Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK) • English proficiency is a plus • Military service is done for gentlemen • Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35
