Job Description
- Preparing daily agenda for CEO
- Managing and coordinating meeting, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents
- Following up tasks as delegated by the Director
- Coordinating office management activities
- Act as the CEO's first point of contact with people from both inside & outside the organization
- Managing other assistants and clerks for on time and smooth flow of office operation
- Work closely with all Directors
- Handle quest problems and complaints in a calm, professional and timely fashion
- Providing Special information and direction to guests requiring special needs
- Serve as a line of communication from the employees to upper management
- Make arrangements for meeting and conferences
- Meet schedules and time lines
- Coordinate all public relation activities
- Performing the best activity based on all CEO orders
