"Persian Golf International Commodities Trading Services" is a private joint stock company active in importing essential commodities Main responsibilities: Reporting to: CEO -Arranges, Manages and organizes CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule -Set meetings up -Maintain the record / hard and soft copies -Following up issues based on CEO's request -Answering and dispatching phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages for unnecessary calls -Organizing travel

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree is required -More than 5 years of professional experience as CEO office administration or executive assistant -Strong organizational skills -High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Expert level written and verbal communication skills both in Farsi and English Language -Gender: Female -Age: over 30
