Job Description

● Develop, implement and adjust annual Marketing strategy and plan (Innovation and communication) across all brands within relative category. ● Review and agree brand objectives and prepare volume, value and margin forecasts. ● Engage consumers to gain an in depth understanding of the category and need for specialist products. ● Develop company-wide deep understanding of market dynamics and consumers. ● Qualitative and quantitative research analysis. ● Lead the process of brand development, in line with category strategies. ● Ensure availability of products (sourced and locally manufactured) and leading discussions on issues relating to the brand and taking corrective action. ● Budget management of total Marketing budget on yearly and monthly basis for relevant category and its brands.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred: Multinational Companies). ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields such as MBA and Marketing. ● Fluent in English. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Strong analytical and planning skills.
