Main Responsibilities: • Search, locate, acquire and retain air, sea and land freight customers • Liaise with suppliers and customs to optimize costs and services • Create and lead a team to manage the business’s customer service • Communicate with destinations or origins to follow up on business quality • Set – up company’s pricing strategy
