Job Description

● Deal with agents and surveyors for each discharge and loading. ● Check the vessel's noon report and voyage cost. ● Plan terminals and storage. ● Provide freight and bunkering costs to the commercial team. ● Update storage inventory files and report storage stock to the commercial team to enable them to plan cargo. ● Update vessel daily report file. ● Communicate with accounting team for related invoices payment. ● Assign agent, and surveyor before the vessel arrives at load port and disport. ● Log all-time charter vessels' fuel consumption, voyage distance, trade NO, speed and cargo type, and quantity follow up with masters, agents, and surveyor terminals to make sure everything is in order to operate for load, and discharge.
