Our Marketing team is at the heart of this transformation, and now we’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join us and play a key role in driving our brand’s growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
-Build integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different market segments
-Test marketing channels and tactics to identify scalable and high-impact strategies, especially in Digital and Gamification
-Manage campaigns end-to-end: from ideation and planning to execution and reporting
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business goals and brand guidelines
-Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external organizations and brands
-Work closely with designers and the Creative Team to develop campaign assets and benchmarks
-Monitor campaign performance daily and analyze key marketing KPIs (TOM, Awareness metrics, etc.)
-Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or e-commerce
-Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience working with external agencies and vendors
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
-Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
-Passion for the grocery/FMCG industry and making a meaningful impact
-Experience with user acquisition and retention metrics (CAC,New Customer, New Lead)
-Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Plus:
-Experience with offline campaigns such as OOH and DOOH
-Experience executing partnership campaigns
-Experience executing Video Marketing campaigns
