Job Description

• Providing phone technical support to customers in installation and setup of IP cameras and smart home products. • Cooperation with the company's content provider in preparation of technical documents such as tutorials, product manuals, website posts, etc.

Requirements

• Having knowledge of computer networking (network+) • Good English reading and translation skills are an advantage • Past experience with technical call center support is not mandatory but is an advantage
