We are looking for Call Center Sales Agents that thrive in attracting new customers. You will be involved in our promotions programs to combine advertising with promotional deals and entice consumers and clients to buy products. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take active role in promotions programs and inform customers on ongoing promotion campaigns by providing them with detailed information on promoted products and services; • Ensure all the offers and promotions are of the highest standard, quality and are always on-brand; • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner to inform customers about launched discounts, samples, gifts, rebates, coupons, sweepstakes, contests or any other promotional campaign; • Generate customer interest in the Company’s products or services; • Put a positive spin on what the Company has to offer, highlighting its best attributes to potential customers by creating a positive image and leading them to use it; • Develop an excellent knowledge of the full range of products and unique selling points in order to promote product benefits to customers; • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements; • Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, etc); • Actively participate in brainstorms and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns; • Perform other related duties as assigned.
