Job Description

•Main Objective: Reaching the sales and market share targets •Main Responsibilities: -Communication with dealers for registry, orders, clearing account receivable and product transport -Initial analyzing of sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly and long term) and declaring contradictions -Cooperation in determine, calculating and analyzing the sales KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly and long term) -Providing initial targets and budgets of sales (monthly, seasonally, and annually) -Cooperation in determining initial budget of marketing & advertisement (monthly, seasonally and annually) -Presenting provinces dashboards and comparing /analyzing between them -Creating a competition system between dealers -Suggesting the initial 4p for his/her related provinces -Help in reviewing sales instructions and determining regions -Keeping the current dealers and finding new ones -Increasing the market share of related regions -Market research and comparing the 4p of rivals to ours -Analyzing the dealers situation and motivate them to increase the revenue -Introduce and presenting new products to the dealers -Realizing the problems and issues effecting on the revenue and planning to solve them -Help in current dealer’s evaluation and grading -Continuous market visit and providing feed back -Realizing the opportunities as well as analyzing and planning to use them -Planning and implementing dealers visit to keep and empower mutual relationship

Requirements

-At least B.S. degree in mechanic engineering (candidates with MS degree in commercial management or MBA are preferable) -At least 3 years’ experience in HVAC industry with traceable useful efficacy -Experience and familiarity to sales, negotiation and marketing skills -MS office expert (professional in Excel) -Team work capability -Market analyzing and solution providing -Ready to travel to other cities (male candidates are preferable) -Familiarity with English
