Job Description
We are currently seeking for the suitably skilled, experienced and motivated CAC Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong capabilities on planning, executing and monitoring the business strategies including market expansion in different channels, products expansions, business growth plans, to help the company to achieve its goals and objectives. As the manager of the CAC section, the right candidate should have strong leadership skills to manage the sales, marketing and sales engineering staff. This position needs frequent traveling inside the country.
Requirements
Qualifications: - Having mechanical engineer degree with at least 10 years of sales experience. - At least 3 years of extensive and successful sales management experience in commercial air conditioners business. - High interpersonal and communication skills. - To be self motivated. - Having high commitment and responsibility to the company goals and sales targets. - Having strong leadership skills.
