Job Description
- Ability to analyze portfolios of companies and subsidiaries of the Holding - Preparation and revision of product information of companies - Supervision on R&D projects and providing continuous reports to BARKAT R&D Committee - Upgrade the technological level of manufacturing products in companies - Organize and create a structure to attract and support technological partnerships - Identifying emerging and novel technologies - Identifying and attract opportunities for technological investments - Increasing inter-organizational and external outsourcing interactions (Universities, Research Centers, knowledge-based institutions and …) - Providing consulting and support services in the field of research and development - Provide technical – professional advisories and preparation and compilation of specialized medical documents - Provide advice and counselling services for designing and implementing a structure for attracting and retaining elite and expert people. - Research and development project for BARKAT pharmaceutical industrial park
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Pharmacist (Pharm. D. or Ph.D.) - Preferable age between 30-40 years - Preferable experience: at least 4 years’ of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry - Gender: No preference - A Spirit of Cooperation and team working - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Having flexibility and perseverance attitudes - Ability to plan and manage own workloads - Having experience in pharmaceutical field would be considered as a merit. - Having good time management skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy - Hard working and integrated - Having a spirit of responsibility - Proficient in Windows and Office Tools - Proficient in English both in verbal communication and technical writing skills - Familiarity with many aspects of validation is expected.
