Job Description

- Controlling and managing the organizational projects. - Coordinating, following-up, observing, and reporting the advancements of the projects. - Analyzing and managing risks of the projects. - Devising, analyzing, and improving the organizational business processes. - Applying process analysis techniques. - Designing forms and issuing the required organizational instructions in order to implement the work processes. - Preparing and presenting descriptive and analytical management reports. - Documenting, preparing and presenting management reports. - Translating the related English texts.

Requirements

- Holding a B.S or an M.S in industrial engineering. - Having the ability to create, model, and redesign the business processes based on BPMN. - Being familiar with the business processes of various fields specifically the ones belonging to the supply chain, warehouse, and production. - Being familiar with the database design concepts as well as SQL. - Being familiar with Bizagi Modeler, and BPMN to model the business processes. - Being able to deliver training courses. - Possessing remarkable skills in using Microsoft Office programs namely PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel. - Having the ability to translate the job-related articles and texts from English to Farsi. - Possessing outstanding negotiation, and public relation skills. - Being a great team player. - Possessing remarkable critical thinking skills in order to find out the concealed relations between the data and the processes. - Having the ability to devote full attention to details in order to examine the relations between the data and the processes. - Possessing outstanding math skills to analyze data.
