Job Description

-Provide input for developing business and divisional strategy -Prepare sales and marketing plans -Monitor actual sales and marketing outputs and suggest improvement plans as needed -Set and track specific sets of KPIs for division -Monitor KPIs in specified time frames and generate strategic analytical reports -Prepare yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets (Financial/Non-Financial) -Control budgets and provide feedback -Provide specified/ ad-hoc reports as requested

Requirements

•Experience: -2 years of work experience as sales/business planner -Experience in telecom industry is advantage •Education: -B.S in Engineering, Management or related fields -MBA, M.Sc. in Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields •Knowledge: -Managerial and Strategy literature -Budgeting -Knowledge of international telecommunication definitions trends -Data reporting and presenting methods -Financial principles •Skill & Ability -Advanced in English -Professional in reporting -Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint -Statistical tools familiarity (SPSS) -Online search skills -Strong problem solving and analytical thinking -Excellent communication (verbal and written) -Strong interpersonal skills -Multitasking •Attitude: -Teamwork -Innovative & creative -Can-do -Developer -Pressure tolerant -Detail oriented
